When these two Texan treasures unite, they create heaven on wheels or as we like to call it food trucks. Being that everything is always bigger and better in Texas, you must know that we have some of the best food trucks known to man. Combining our two favorite loves created a match made in heaven for the taste buds and hearts of all native Texans. Singh Vietnamese, located at 7331 W Loop 1604, is a delicious Tex-Viet food truck serving nothing less than quality. Starting in September of 2012, a mother partnered with her son and combined the authentic flavors of Vietnamese food and the Texas traditional flare. The food is to die for and has great outdoor seating. You’ll find yourself craving it over and over, and expect a hot fresh meal every time you visit. With an array of options, there is something for everyone. From shrimp, fried rice, chicken wings, and brisket every dish will have you running back for seconds! Serving all the late night munchers, Ricky’s Tacos is consistently good. Having a small menu with specific selections has served Ricky’s well. Expect a long ling every time you frequent the truck because Ricky’s Tacos is a local favorite! The meat is packed with flavor and the homemade rojo y verde salsa is finger lickin’ good! If you are in town and are looking for some amazing tacos, be sure to go to Ricky’s! To be specific the mini tacos and burrito will satisfy any craving, but their specialty Hussein’s Quesadilla is double stacked quesadilla with carne asada and chicken and loaded with flavor.
