It’s November and that time of year that every San Antonian looks forward to! The weather gets chilled, the city becomes festive with the holidays right around the corner, and the annual San Antonio Auto and Truck Show takes place! Rolling into town this Thursday the 19th, the 47th annual San Antonio Auto and Truck Show is presented by the San Antonio Automobile Dealers Association. Crowned as the premier automotive event in all of South Texas, this year will be no different and will include tons of remarkable exhibits, special guest appearances, and contests and prizes throughout all four days of the show! We just can’t wait for the show and wanted to give you the inside scoop of all the upcoming excitement this week!
2015 San Antonio Auto & Truck Show Kickoff Gala
Come in your best dressed gala attire and enjoy a night of fancied fun at the exclusive 2015 San Antonio Auto & Truck Show Kickoff Gala! You will have a chance to see the hottest cars while enjoying casino games, gourmet food, and live entertainment from the Rick Cavender Band. The best part about the gala is getting a sneak peek of the show room floor before anyone else in town! This gala is something you do not want to miss taking place Wednesday, November 18, 7:00pm at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The kickoff gala is sure to set the tone for a tremendous auto show ensuring a night full of fun.
VIP Experience Party Package
Join us for the first-ever San Antonio Auto Show VIP Experience Party hosted by Alamo Brewery! Beginning Saturday, November 21st, the auto show shouldn’t be experienced any other way than with the VIP Experience Party Package. Included in the Party Package is 1 Adult Ticket to the Auto Show and 1 VIP Ticket to the pre-Auto Show Party at Alamo Brewery. San Antonio Auto and Truck Show
The San Antonio Auto and Truck Show provides a weekend of family fun for all! Being South Texas’ premier auto event, the show showcases the auto industry’s newest innovations and features while evaluating the latest cars and trucks from various manufacturers. The show will take place Thursday the 19th 2:00pm-10:00pm, Friday the 20th 2:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday the 21st 10:00am-10:00pm, and end Sunday the 22nd 11:00am-7:00pm. This year the exhibits will feature a selection of makes and models as big as Texas from the following manufacturers: Acura, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Lincoln, Lotus, Maserati, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan, Porsche, Ram, Rolls Royce, Scion, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
In addition to these manufacturers we also have cool classic cars featured at the San Antonio Raceway Exhibit including a Classic Dodge, Junior Dragster, Dragster, and a 2003 Cavalier Race Car!
Batman and the Batmobile will also be making an appearance at the Auto Show. Because he must protect the city, he will only be at the show at specific times so don’t miss out! These times include Saturday the 21st from 11am-12pm and 4pm-5pm, and Sunday the 22nd from 12pm-1pm and 2pm-3pm!
Your kiddo will have just as much fun as you at the show! In the Kids Fun Zone Exhibit by KidVenture, young ones will be able to drive their favorite Power Wheels, get their face painted, receive temporary tattoos, interact with tons of other kids and participate in other fun activities by KidVenture!
